Oma Sonia (1920-2018) was a prolific artist, who painted colorful farms and villages in a primative folk style. She became known also for her evocative portraits, brilliant florals, and pastoral landscapes. She gave gifts of calendars featuring her artwork for many years, and as Sonia's art was often compared with "Grandma Moses" due to Sonia's primitive, folksy style, so she became known as "Oma Sonia" (Oma means "grandma" in German, her native language). Now everyone can enjoy an original Oma Sonia reprint each month of 2026 with this custom calendar.
